Expense Category

Different categories of Expense

List Expenses Categories

  1. Log in to your MeroERP account.
  2. On the left navigation menu, browse to Expense > Manage Expense Categories. This will take you to Expense categories list page.

Add Expense Category

  1. Log in to your MeroERP account.

  2. On the left navigation menu, browse to Expense > Manage Expense Categories. This will take you to Expense categories list page.

  3. Click on Add Expense Category +.

  4. Fill necessary details.

    1. *Name
    2. Description
  5. Click on Create.

Edit Expense Category

  1. Log in to your MeroERP account.
  2. On the left navigation menu, browse to Expense > Manage Expense Categories. This will take you to Expense categories list page.
  3. Find the expense category you would like to edit. Click on that category Action panel then select on Update.
  4. Update necessary details.
  5. Click on Update.

Delete Expense Category

  1. Log in to your MeroERP account.
  2. On the left navigation menu, browse to Expense > Manage Expense Categories. This will take you to Expense categories list page.
  3. Find the expense category you would like to delete. Click on that category Action panel then select on Delete.
  4. Click on Ok.

Note: Used Expense Category for adding Expense can't be deleted.

  1. Log in to your MeroERP account.
  2. On the left navigation menu, browse to Expense > Manage Expenses. This will take you to Expenses list page.

Add Expense

  1. Log in to your MeroERP account.
  2. On the left navigation menu, browse to Expense > Manage Expenses. This will take you to Expenses list page.
  3. Click on Add Expense+. Add New Expense** pop up page will appear.
  4. Fill in the necessary details.
    1. *Name
    2. *Amount
    3. *Store
    4. *Expense Date
    5. *Category
    6. *Payment Type
    7. Payment Date
    8. Reference
    9. Description
    10. Verified checkbox: Check on Verified if the payment is verified.
  5. Click on Create.

View Expense

  1. Log in to your MeroERP account.
  2. On the left navigation menu, browse to Expense > Manage Expenses. This will take you to Expenses list page.
  3. Click the Income you would like to view.

Edit Expense

  1. Log in to your MeroERP account.
  2. On the left navigation menu, browse to Expense > Manage Expenses. This will take you to Expenses list page.
  3. Find the income you would like to edit. Click on that income Action panel then select on Edit.
  4. Update necessary details.
  5. Click on Update.

Search Expense

  1. Log in to your MeroERP account.

  2. On the left navigation menu, browse to Expense > Manage Expenses. This will take you to Expenses list page.

  3. Apply the required filters. The available filters are

    1. Predefined / Manual date
    2. Expense Name
    3. Store
    4. Expense Category
    5. Payment Type
    6. Expense Verified Status
  4. Click on Apply filters.

  5. Search for the expense from the results and select the expense that matches your keywords.

Delete Expense

  1. Log in to your MeroERP account.
  2. On the left navigation menu, browse to Expense > Manage Expenses. This will take you to Expenses list page.
  3. Find the income you would like to delete. Click on that income Action panel then select on Delete.
  4. Click on Ok.

Note: Verified Incomes can't be deleted.
